The reason I'm unavailable for the first weekend of Helfa Gelf is because I'll be doing this instead - but rather than thinking of this as clashing with HG, let's think of it as a chance to see me doing something other than being in a studio cutting up old magazines and gluing them back together.

Guided walk through landscape filled with live performances from eight Welsh and International artists and an historian. The culmination of intensive residency to create new performances using music, dance, visual arts and the spoken word responding to the local environment and history.
With Wales based artists Simon Whitehead, James Berry, Colin Daimond, Angharad Harrop, Simon Proffitt, Ceri Rimmer, Emma-Jane Sutcliffe, Femke van Gent, and Turkish duo Mustafa Kaplan & Filiz Sizanli.
Starts at Rowen Community Hall. Allow three hours for the full experience. Refreshments included. Suitable for 12 yrs plus, able to complete a slow paced hill walk in all conditions.
