Creative solutions in glass and felt for a diverse range of applications.

Originally a graphic designer, I began working in glass eight years ago, finding an immediate enjoyment in its' manipulation. Whilst still pre-occupied with communicating through graphic patterns, shapes and vibrant colours, glass design has given me the new freedom of more three-dimensional expression.

I design and make a wide variety of stained glass, fused glass and lampworked glass beads for a diverse range of applications from architecture and interiors to jewellery, gifts and awards.

I am also experimenting with textiles, using fleece from our Welsh Badger Face sheep to make a collection of tactile, felt products.

Glass bead making demonstration
During every weekend throughout Helfa Gelf I shall be demonstrating lampworked bead making. So if you've ever wondered how beads are made call in and see for yourself.


Get creative and design your own fused glass coaster!
Visit my studio anytime during the Helfa Gelf event and try your hand at designing a fused glass coaster. For £10 I’ll supply the materials and fire the glass for you to collect at a later date or for £1, I can post it on to you. Contact me for more details.
